1. We are a store where artisans create and sell products. When we are on the phone or serving customers, we will be available.
It's difficult. Please be sure to ask your questions and make your requests via email.
2. Direct applications from travel agencies are not accepted; only applications from individual schools are accepted.
Also, please refrain from contacting us by phone from travel agencies.
3. If you absolutely must make a phone call, please do so between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM, or between 1 PM and 2 PM.
4. Also, if you are taking the experience in more than one class at one school, please apply in advance at the school.
If they are scattered, it becomes very confusing and leads to misunderstandings.
5. We will accept applications in a first-come, first-served basis from each school.
6. Please note that the maximum number of people per group is 6 (5 or more people).
If you would like to take two classes, we will schedule the experience to start 30 minutes later.
(For example, from 9:30 to 1 class, from 10:00 to 1 class)
In the case of an experience, I stop my regular work and clean up the workshop to make it safe, then I welcome the students.
Since it is purely a manufacturing and sales company, it will not be a job if there are fewer than four people (or less than four people).
We have been producing Edo Kiriko for over 20 years as a manufacturer and retailer of Edo Kiriko.
Although we are not a workshop specializing in experiences, we have been helping with your child's Edo Kiriko experience since the beginning of our business.
I would be grateful if you could understand and be kind to me.
We would like to thank you for your continued support in the future as we strive to continue the traditional Edo Kiriko craft.
7. At our store, to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, we implement ventilation, air purifiers, the wearing of masks by employees, disinfection of tools, and disinfection of hands.
Masks are required inside the store and in the workshop. Please disinfect with alcohol spray inside the store.
If you have any allergies, please let us know. Please come in wearing a mask when you visit us.
If you would like to learn more about the experience and understand its details, please make a tentative reservation below.
Please use this reservation form only by teachers and students from each school.
(We are not accepting reservations from travel agencies; nor are we accepting reservations for personal use.)
