Please read it before making a reservation.
1. If your body temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher on the day of the experience, we will not allow you to enter the venue. Also, if you have a fever and other cold symptoms and are unsure of your health, please do not enter the venue.
We would like to ask for your visit to be scheduled as soon as possible.
2. Up to 4 people per session.

5. Children (ages 3 to 12) who are accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) will receive paperweights instead of glasses. 3,300 yen (tax included)
6. Children who have not experienced this activity cannot be accompanied by an adult.
7. You will be able to experience the course for a maximum of 2 hours per session.
Regarding the experience
- 費用(税込)：グラス体験御一人様8,500円(税込)。ペーパーウエイト体験御一人様5,500円(税込)。
体験の御支払いは当日現金及びキャッシュレス決済となります。
グラスは赤、瑠璃、水色、紫、緑がございます。オールドグラス8オンスか10オンスを使用致します。
状況により５色が揃わない場合もございます。御了承下さい。
ペーパーウエイトは透明のみとなります。
御予約の際に御希望の体験を明記して下さい。 - 体験日は上記にありますように土曜日か日曜日、又は祭日の午前9時30分開始か午後1時開始ですが、
平日御希望の方は3名様より実施致しますので御相談下さい。
ご希望の開始時間をお知らせください。開始時間は当日の人数により多少調整させて頂くことがございます。
所要時間はグラスは1時間30分～2時間を予定しております。ペーパーウエイトは1時間です。 - Please make a reservation after confirming your schedule. Please refrain from canceling at the last minute other than for health reasons or weather conditions.
The reservation form email after the store closes the day before the experience day cannot be confirmed until the day of the experience.
Please make your reservation with plenty of time. - Please understand that we may not be able to carry out the event due to the circumstances of our work or other reasons.
- *There is a limit to the number of people who can participate in the experience. Currently, it is limited to 4 people.

- For safety reasons, we do not allow people who are drinking alcohol to experience the tour.
- This is a common question, but we do not have any specific clothing requirements. Please come in wearing clothes that are a little dirty, if that is possible.
If you are concerned, I think it would be good to have aprons or something like that.
If you wear false nails or have long nails, they may get caught during the process, and there is a risk of damage to the nails. Please do so at your own risk. - You will experience this in the workshop where artisans usually work, so please be sure to follow the instructions given on the day.
- 当店では感染症予防対策として、換気、空気清浄機、従業員の不織布マスク着用、道具の消毒、手指の消毒等を実施しております。
